Hope everyone is well. A few short updates.

Primary Care Survey

A reminder to complete the primary care survey by Monday, June 15, 2020 either online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/MHA-dementia or fill the attached PDF and fax it to 905-472-7086. Results will inform how the OHT progresses with priority areas in mental health & addictions, and dementia care. If you are interested in design work in these areas, please contact me. OHT participation is eligible for Mainpro+ credits.

Assessment Centre Update

Since the AC is testing everyone, primary care referral via email or phone call is no longer necessary for COVID-19 testing. The AC is still happy to hear from you by email at covidclinic@msh.on.ca (please use your hospital email account) or by phone 437-213-3071 if there was information or specific concerns you want to pass on to the AC physician. A reminder that the AC does not have lab or imaging capabilities, and if you are concerned the patient needs a workup then they should be sent to the emergency department.

Our OHT mental health organization partners want to let you know that they have expanded virtual care capacity, this include the Bounce Back program: https://bouncebackontario.ca/. If you have feedback for any of our community mental health organizations, please let me know.

PPE Critical Request

Reminder that if you are critically low on PPE with less than 7 day supply, please complete this request form: https://ehealthontario.on.ca/en/for-healthcare-professionals/ppe-intake?a=ppe-intake to obtain an emergency supply.
